2003
拿督斯理 萧嘉蘴 荣誉博士 创办了 WHC 集团 , 他以 30万 开始创业和召集国内外投资者, 一起合作团购。
交易至今已突破超数十亿令吉的营业额。
Starting with capital of three hundred thousand Malaysia Ringgit, Dato’ Sri (Dr.) Seow K.F. established WHC Group with the aim to accomplish the collaboration between foreign and local investors on bulk purchase. To date, our average turnover in a year has reached over billion Malaysia Ringgit.
2012
开始实行投资者和会员制，以更有系统地广召人群一起合作进行房地产投资、融资、团购、量购、合资和集资的活动。
Gathered investors and members for property investment, financing, bulk purchase, group purchase, joint venture
and fund raising collaboration.
2013
以独创的“富与穷房产投资哲学”教课，至今已举办超过百场以上的房地产投资培训课程以及讲座，
也有近千名学员参加培训之后学以致用。
Started educating people with rich and poor property investment philosophy. To date, more than hundreds sessions of property investment training and seminars were held, having more than thousands of students.
2014
WHC集团的专家团队到国内外投资房地产以及参与合资联营发展项目计划。此外，集团也开始进军房地产发展领域，进行各项发展计划，
例如公管式公寓、家居办公楼和学院。与此同时，集团也发展一系列的住宅区、商业区以及大学等。
WHC Group and our professional team are invest in local and foreign housing development and joint venture projects. Ever since the group started as a developer, they constructed a variety of projects for instance, condominium, SOHO and academy college. On top of that, the group has developed a number of residential areas, commercial areas and universities.
